WASTEWATER TREATMENT AND RECYCLING FOR DRIP IRRIGATION CAN POU
The purification of gray and black water from a single-family home is projected, usually occupied by 10 people throughout all year and during the summer season aproximately 20 occupants.
The objective is to recycle the residual water through a filtering procedure,
decantation and total oxidation for later storage and reuse in the drip irrigation system of the house. Likewise, the residual water from the pool resulting from, among other things, the cleaning of the countercurrent sand filters will be recycled in the same drip irrigation system.
The rainwater that falls both on the roofs of the houses and that which falls on the ground will be used through an infiltration process into the ground but channeling said water to an accumulator tank thanks to the construction of a perimeter ditch both in the house and in the pool made of geotextile material that allows the use of natural water runoff. In principle, this rainwater is used for the drip irrigation system of the house, suitable for fruit trees, olive trees, etc.
